I have had a 1400 SmokinTex for about one year and finely decided to buy the 1500-CXLD. They both are great smoker for pork, ribs, fish, chicken and more. One of the things I love about the 1500-CXLD is that you can put full racks of ribs in the smoker, or 150lbs of boneless pork shoulders. Now it time to party and I have no problem in getting friends to come eat, with out a question the quality and taste are great when using either of my SmokinTex smokers.
